Tedsuite Account Deletion Request

This page explains how users of the Tedsuite mobile application can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Tedsuite account, please send an email to:

privacy@tedsuite.com

Please include:

Your full name
Your registered corporate email address
Your company name
The subject line: “Tedsuite Account Deletion Request”

For security reasons, we may verify your identity before processing your request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

User account information (name, email, role)
Authentication credentials
Personal profile data
Device associations linked to the account

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for the following reasons:

Compliance with legal obligations
Enterprise contractual requirements
Security audit logs (retained up to 90 days unless legally required longer)
Anonymized operational analytics data

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days in accordance with GDPR and Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Enterprise Accounts

If your account was created and managed by your employer (enterprise customer), your request may need to be processed by your organization's administrator as the Data Controller.
